Invoice and payment

After the installation is complete you will receive an invoice from us via e-mail. It is your responsibility to make sure your e-mail address is up to date and if you don’t have one we will send your invoice by post.

You can also choose to apply for a payment plan. You let us know when ordering your fibre connection and once the installation is complete Ecster will check your credit score. If you are not approved please note that the invoice will be sent with the full amount to be paid within 30 days.

To be eligible for a payment plan you need to
  • Have a taxed income in Sweden
  • Have a Swedish personal identification number
Apart from this there may be other criteria which is decided by Ecster and can be changed at any time.
